    General operating temperature of Core Electronics' iron powder core is from -55¡É to +125¡É.
When iron power cores are exposed to elevated temperature, a permanent decrease of inductance
  and Q factor wilI be gradually occurred.
Degree of these changes depends on time, temperature, core size, frequency and flux density.
  High temperature applcation dominated mainly by outstanding core loss is not recommended
  for continuously proper operation in the circuitries, i.e) higher frequency, comparatively large current
  AC chokes.
Continuous operation over 125¡É core temperature may cause permanent damage of insulation of iron
  powder itself and coating material. This may cause decrease of inductance and increase of
  core loss etc.
